No Point Looking Here…

This is a silly (considering how pointless it is) attempt (but may I say, a successful one) to contain more words within parentheses (the curvy beauties fringing this phrase) than out of them!

    1. Your statement (and the not-so-hidden truths accompanying the words) is one (I really took two or three points out of that) that I completely agree with (considering of course, that I’m being a bit selfish in proclaiming my own achievement 😉 ), sir.

      1. Well, when you get old like me, you may wish you’d re-thought that–I’m playing catch up in my 60s for a lot of idle hours 🙂 Not that you can really “catch up”, as in regain the lost time–I just sleep less…I think…maybe I’m sleep-typing right now… 🙂

      2. You’re a talented sleep-typist then, I must admit. 🙂 It’s not all laziness through the years. One can find bits and pieces of work (sometimes with a prefix of “hard”) through the years. I do sometimes have to play catch-up even now.. 😛 Thanks for the advice, though. 🙂

      3. Oh, I never meant to infer “idle” was laziness on your part–my apologies for unintentionally offending. I guess, being “old”, I’m just compelled to offer free advice :). And I’ll clarify that many of my own idle hours were spent just surviving the circumstances I was in–which can be “hard work”. Best to you always.

Masterpiece, how original was that, the whole parenthesis thing worked wonders. If you have the chance then please check out our latest story at Gastradamus, “The Bald and the Brestless”. Your opinion would be greatly valued. Keep it upm you rank among some of the best on here.
